In occasion of Dogana Resort opening in Molfetta, also “Il Mare Davanti” has been presented, a storytelling about the intense journey which brought to the Palace rebirth, recognized as historic-artistic and monumental asset. A narration which tells not just about the stylistic and architectural approach of NCB ARCHITETTURA, but mostly it focus on the historical and symbolic value returned to the site, in its relation with the town waterfront - core of the national navy – and with tradition and culture of this fishing village. An efficient and avant-garde answer to anonymous no-place, devoid of identity and detached from every kind of relation with the cultural and social identifying context. Restarting from the built of our towns in order to shy away from new cementation.
